Course Overview

This course introduces primary school students to AR, VR, and metaverse art creation. They will learn about different AR/VR and metaverse technologies and how to use them to create immersive and interactive art experiences. A major component of the course is VR painting with Oculus Quest 2. Students will learn how to use VR painting software and techniques to create their own unique works of art and share them in the metaverse.

Momo Leung

Momo is the Secretary of the Hong Kong Illustrators Association and an illustrator. She won the Open Category Champion and the Excellent Award at the 4th China Illustrators Awards in the "Ohmykids" Youth and Children's Picture Book Competition. She has many years of experience in illustration, and her works have been selected for many exhibitions, including solo exhibitions at the "Tgt Art and Design Gallery", a solo painting exhibition at Lala Coffee Shop called "The Island", and a "3D Illustration Tunnel Book" exhibition at K11 in Tsim Sha Tsui. Her illustration partners include PANDORA, a well-known jewelry brand, Fresh and Philosophy, skin care brands, Lululemon Athletica, an activity illustration for a sports brand, and Christmas illustrations for the Tsuen Wan and Yuen Long Thousand Colors Plaza shopping malls. Her illustration style is fantastical and delicate, and she loves natural elements. She is proficient in using media such as watercolor, pencil, and crayon.
